The calendar is updated each business day in the afternoon. While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the on-line calendar, the Cecil Green Park booking office reserves the right to adjust dates / bookings at any time.
The bookings that are coloured (red for a daytime booking / blue for an evening booking / yellow for both daytime & evening bookings) have been confirmed.
All the Green colored bookings are tenative bookings
There is a two week period during which a new booking can be released. Bookings that are not coloured are within this two week period, before having to be either released or confirmed.
If the principal of an event (e.g. a bride or bridegroom) has no affiliation with UBC, Cecil Green Park can be booked up to 10 months in advance.
If a principal of an event (e.g. a bride or bridegroom) is a UBC alumnus, a booking can be made at anytime.
If a principal of an event is a registered UBC student, faculty or staff, or has a family association with UBC (an immediate family member who is a grandparent, parent, or sibling), a booking can be made up to 12 months in advance.
