As part of the UBC Campus, Cecil Green Park House is available for booking UBC-sponsored meetings and events.
Meeting aids: Internet connection is available via computer data ports or modem. Audio/visual equipment (including: TV/VCR, projection screens, flip charts) is available for rent. The main floor reception rooms at Cecil Green Park are equipped with a speaker system, a microphone & podium all included in the rental fee.
The BOARDROOM (the original Billiard Room on the lower level of Cecil Green Park) is available for rent by the hour. The conference table can accommodate up to 20 people. The room is equipped with a courtesy telephone for local calls, plus internet connection via a computer data port or modem. There is separate access to the Boardroom, with a private washroom adjacent to the room.
